Tony Pack

Rachel Fair

 are the co-founders and directors of the ICTP program. They are professional instructors and members of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). Tony and Rachel have 30 and 29 years of experience, respectively, with the Cincinnati Recreation Commission in programming, supervision, and administrative responsibilities. Mike Mosely and program graduates from college make up the remaining program staff.
